Why Cyber Risk Strategies Fail (And What to Do Instead)
Cyber Security

Why Cyber Risk Strategies Fail (And What to Do Instead) is a practical and thought-provoking course designed to help organizations identify the hidden flaws in their current approach to cyber risk. Rather than offering generic technical solutions, this course examines the real-world challenges that cause strategies to break down—misalignment with business objectives, ineffective communication, and over-reliance on compliance over resilience. Through case studies, expert insights, and actionable frameworks, participants will learn how to move from reactive risk management to proactive, integrated resilience across their organization.
